At BoTh Cosmetics we promise you the best price on every product!

We constantly check our prices to ensure that they are the very best online, but sometimes a product can appear elsewhere at a lower price. If this happens, we give you at least an extra 3% discount on top of that lower price before you place your order, and after that we have verified that the product is new, identical to our product and therefore has the same size and color.

Have you received a discount, promo code or voucher elsewhere? let us know! We offer you a better discount or promo code with at least 3% extra discount! 

WITH WHO WE MATCH

We compare our selling prices (excluding shipping costs) with our online competitors from whom we know that the products sold by them are authentic and legally purchased. Products of older age always show a reduced quality and are therefore often offered at dumping prices, which means that we cannot match such online prices. Our products are purchased very frequently, so we always guarantee an extremely long expiration date.

HOW WE MATCH

1. Send us an e-mail with a link to the product on our site and a link to the product on our competitor's site. Messages without a link or sent via social media other than via e-mail are not taken into consideration
2. We check the price or the received promocode or voucher and send you a personal voucher code that you can use when you place your order. Not only do we offer the promo code received elsewhere or the difference between the competitor's price and ours, you also get at least 3% extra discount on top of that! 
3. If for any reason we cannot find a price match, we will let you know immediately with a clear reason.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

• The competitor's product must be identical to the product sold on our site (including condition, size and color) and must be available for immediate shipment.
• We only compare with our competitors from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom and Germany. We do not compare with Bol.com, Amazon or other giant sites that only sell a limited range of products from a brand, cannot play an advisory role and they will not help you afterwards with your additional skin questions.
• Only the product price as shown on the website of the competitor applies (Delivery costs, samples or free gifts are not included)
• Our price match only applies to prices stated in EUR and for orders that are delivered to addresses in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom and Germany
• A price match must be agreed before purchase and is valid for 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to refuse a prize match for prizes that look like an error.
• We reserve the right to withdraw the prize match promise at any time.
• A price match cannot be used in combination with other offers.
